vice Chancellor Debate, an aye opener
semalam merupakan hari yang benar2 membuka mata tentang apa sebenarnya yang westerners fikir pasal islam, pasal palestin. alhamdulillah kami sempat mencelah dalam ramai2 orang untuk menonton debat vice chancellor yang bertajuk "That The West Should Engage With Hamas: A Solution To The Israel/Palestine Conflict?". walaupun sesetengah orang berkata bahawa tak ada gunanya mpergi tengok debat macam ni sebab akhir nya takda solution, tapi bagi saya cukuplah kalau dapat membuka mata dan menjelaskan keadaan sebenar kalau tak kepada semua, kepada seorang sahaja manusia dalam ramai2 manusia yang sudah cukup ok. pengalaman melihat dengan mata sendiri bagaimana seorang ketua zionist menghentam Islam, berckap sesuka hatinya, memburuk2kan dan mengada2kan sesuatu yang tidak wujud pun, sangat2 memedihkan hati. lagi pedih hati, sebagai seorang muslim, saya tak dapat kata sesuatu pun memandangkan ni adalah public debate dengan segala protokol keduniaannya, sangat benarlah kata2 Allah swt;

- Hamas is chose by the people of Palestine
- everyone know that Hamas going to win
Debra Smith: - Hamas is not the same as Al Qaeda
- there is a sign that Hamas in transition into a political organisation
- supporting discussion with Hamas is not a radical decision
Michael Shaik: - current west way of isolating Hamas is proved as failed
- Hamas is not violent, it is not 21st century Nazi( as said by
Dr Lam if i'm not mistaken), occupation by israel is violence
and he also throw 3 killing Question to the third speaker, Dreyfus,
generally questioning the occupation of israel but later Dreyfus
refuse to answer as he said that those questions are out of topic.

-for palestinians , there is no place for jews

- in response to questions from audience (which i could not remember),
he said that Fatah is prepared to talk with Hamas but Hamas is the one
that turn it down and Fatah is going to win in nest election since
people of Palestine had go through the miserable life set by Hamas government

- there is already conflict of power in Palestine between Fatah and
